Prosperity Report № 21 · September 28, 2026

You will not think your way out. You will act your way out, on the days you least want to.

A 5-minute weekly report delivering proven strategies, actionable insights, and curated resources to help you grow your business, build your authority, and create your best life.

Good Tuesday. Every solo session this week circled the same idea from a different side: the results you want are not waiting on better information. They are waiting on movement you make whether or not you feel like it. Most people treat action as something that follows motivation, so they spend their best hours analyzing, planning, and waiting for the mood to arrive. It rarely does. Napoleon Hill interviewed hundreds of successful people and landed on a lack of persistence as the biggest reason goals die. Calvin Coolidge said the world is full of educated derelicts. Neither of them was describing a talent problem. They were describing people whose action was conditional.

Here is the assignment. Pick one activity that actually moves your life forward, put it on next week's calendar in the hour your willpower is highest, and treat that block as non negotiable. Then track where your time really went for seven days and compare it to where you thought it went. You find your answers on the way to getting results. You do not find the answers first.

Key takeaways

From this week's solo sessions with George.

Decide before the hard day arrives. Persistence is not a personality trait you were issued at birth. It is a state of mind, which means it can be cultivated, and the cultivating happens in advance. Make the decision that you are not going to quit while you are calm, so the setback and the bad mood never get a vote later.

Consistency outranks commitment. George stacks them in order of power: a decision matters, a commitment matters more, and consistency trumps both. Willpower cannot sustain you because there will be days you do not feel like doing things. Habits are a system that runs whether you feel inspired or not.

Find the one domino. Gary Keller's question is what single thing, once done, knocks down every other domino or makes the rest irrelevant. George thought his was the morning workout, then realized it was actually podcasts, because that is what pointed his mind in a positive direction. You do not need journaling and prayer and meditation and nutrition all at once. You need to know yourself well enough to name your one thing and protect it.

Budget time the way you budget money. When you do not track money, it leaks and you end up with more month than money. Time behaves identically. Write down where your hours actually go for a week, put your big rocks on the calendar first, and wait 30 to 60 minutes after waking before touching your phone, because checking immediately wires your brain for reactive mode instead of proactive mode.

Try it yourself

Gary Keller's The One Thing is the book behind Monday's domino question, and it pairs with a five minute exercise you can do today: open your phone's settings, look at your screen time across apps and social media, and cut your single biggest leak in half this week. George says most people are shocked by the gap between where they think their time goes and where it actually goes.

The 30-day challenge

For the next 30 days, pick one non negotiable daily ritual and do it on the days you do not feel like it. Five to ten minutes is enough. Reply with the ritual you picked and I will check in with you at the end of the month.

Also worth your time

No interviews this week, so here is the full slate again in order: Act in Spite of Your Mood on building persistence, The Power of Daily Consistency on the one thing that carries the rest, and Time Is Your Greatest Asset on tracking, big rocks, and what to delegate. Reply with the one you want me to go deeper on and I will build a session around it.
