About Michele Morley
Michele Morley is the founder and host of the Yes Women's Network podcast. She and her husband acquired Yes Women's Network in 2020, and she has spent the years since refining the vision and building a community for women who feel stuck and want a clearer next chapter. The network is organized around four pillars — faith, relationships, wellbeing, and finance — chosen because every person contends with each of them in some form, personally or professionally. Her focus is clarity, purpose, and the confidence to take a next step.
Morley brings more than 35 years of teaching, speaking, coaching, and working with women and youth to the work. That includes 30 years coaching women's volleyball, some of it coaching her own daughters. Development, in her experience, was never only about fundamentals on the court — it was about who the athletes became off it, and that philosophy carries into the network. She is relaunching Yes Women's Network with co-hosts Jodi and Belinda, pairing candid "real talk" conversations with expert guests across the four pillars, plus community events.
On The Daily Mastermind, Michele sat down with George Wright III for a conversation on building confidence and community for women who feel stuck. She talked through the four pillars, why wellbeing means peace of mind and not just fitness, and how a six-month bout with pericarditis in 2021 nearly stopped the project before it started. She also explained where the finance pillar came from: watching a friend feel trapped in a difficult marriage because she was afraid she could not support herself. Her closing advice was to look hard at who actually has your back.
