The 12 Prosperity Pillars.
The framework the whole podcast runs on, as a printable poster. Put it where you actually work — a framework you can't see is a framework you won't use.
The First 30 Days.
Twelve Pillars, four weeks, three at a time. Do them in order and the poster stops being a poster — by the time the fifth Prosperity Report lands, you'll have worked through every one. Nothing here takes more than fifteen minutes a day.
- Read all twelve out loud, once. Circle the one you'd least honestly claim today — that's your starting line.
- Write the result you want twelve months out in one present-tense sentence. Put it where you'll see it every morning.
- Pick one thing going wrong that you've been calling someone else's fault. Write down the part that's yours.
- Set a fixed 15-minute morning slot, same time daily. That slot is the ritual — protect it before anything else gets scheduled.
- On the worst-feeling day this week, do the slot anyway. One rep is the whole pillar; it proves the mood was never in charge.
- Catch yourself narrating a problem. Stop mid-sentence and write the next action instead.
- List the five people you spend the most time with. Mark each one: lifts, neutral, or drains.
- Book time with someone who lifts. Reduce one drain — no confrontation needed, just less calendar.
- Take one deal where you've been protecting your share and find the version where both sides win.
- Finish one book, course, or episode series you started and abandoned. Just one.
- Review the four weeks. Keep what held, drop what didn't, and name next month's single focus.
- Write down three things that went right. You can list your problems from memory and have to hunt for these — that's the point. Then start again at Week 1.

Authority Media Network
Members can apply to be considered for a feature or interview across the Authority Media Network. Applications are reviewed case by case against fit and capacity — it's an opportunity, not an automatic benefit, and we'd rather say that plainly.
Apply to be featuredThat's everything membership includes today. Live events and a members’ platform are on the roadmap — when they exist, you’ll hear about them in the report first.
