About BreeAnn Allred
BreeAnn Allred is a pelvic floor physical therapist with more than 20 years of experience and one of the earliest pelvic floor specialists in Utah. She founded Aylara Pelvic Health, a boutique, cash-based clinic built around individualized, whole-person care. Her work centers on conditions that are routinely misunderstood, ignored, or filed away as normal: urinary leakage, tailbone pain, painful periods, constipation, pelvic pain, and painful intimacy. Through treatment, education, and advocacy, she helps patients regain confidence, comfort, and control of their bodies.
Her path into pelvic health started in a spine clinic, treating women with low back pain during pregnancy and postpartum. Then she was pregnant with twins herself, around 2009 and 2010, and ran into her own issues despite her clinical background. That reframed the work. Her care process now follows four seasons of healing: winter for calming and rest, spring for mobility and returning strength, summer for strength toward a client's specific goal, and fall for prevention, with enough buffer that a small setback does not bring the injury back. She looks at feet, knees, hips, ribcage, and core, not just the symptom.
On The Daily Mastermind, BreeAnn sat down with George Wright III for a candid conversation about pelvic health and why common is not normal. She explained what the pelvic floor actually does, which symptoms are treatable rather than permanent, and how often clients tell her they wish they had known sooner. Stigma is the obstacle. Her remedy is conversation, with a girlfriend or a medical provider, because the female body has historically been understudied and dismissed, and most people already know when something is not right.
