How to Create Abundance in Your Life and Business

Listen

George Wright III opens this episode of The Daily Mastermind with a powerful reminder: in times of worry, fear, and uncertainty, the path forward is not to chase success harder but to attract it. Drawing on decades of personal experience and the teachings of mentors like Jim Rohn and Bob Proctor, George shares the principles that transformed his own relationship with success and fulfillment.

The shift from relentless pursuit to intentional attraction is not passive; it is one of the most active and disciplined things you can do for your life and business.

Why Chasing Success Leaves You Empty

George's early career followed a familiar script: work hard, make money, accumulate the markers of success. It worked, on the surface. He reached levels he had once only imagined. But something was missing. Despite the travel, the achievements, and the things acquired along the way, fulfillment remained elusive. He even wondered whether he was simply not wired for happiness.

The answer, when it came, was clarifying: the approach was the problem, not the person. George had been so focused on chasing success that he had left no room to attract it.

"Success is not to be pursued. It is to be attracted by the person you become."

That quote from Jim Rohn became a cornerstone of George's philosophy, and it underlies everything in this episode.

How the Law of Vibration Creates What You Attract

Most people have heard of the law of attraction, but fewer understand that it is governed by a deeper law: the law of vibration. George credits the late Bob Proctor for simplifying this concept.

Everything is made of energy. Your body is composed of cells, molecules, and atoms all vibrating at different frequencies. When you think, you activate brain cells and create a vibration in your body. The frequency you operate at determines what you pull into your life.

"If you're constantly worried and troubled, you're going to attract a lot of bad energy and what you fear will actually come to you."

This is why George says so often: you become what you think about most of the time. What you dwell on shapes the energy you project, and that energy shapes what comes back to you.

What Albert Einstein Said About Energy and Reality

George brings in a quote from Albert Einstein that bridges science and this philosophy of attraction:

"Everything is energy and that's all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want, and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy, this is physics."

The more George has studied quantum physics alongside principles of success, the more he sees that the most reliable laws of achievement are grounded in both science and philosophy. Ignoring these forces does not make them stop working; it just means they may be working against you rather than for you.

The Mantra: Take Action and Allow Space for Attraction

George's own shift came when he adopted a personal mantra: "Take action and allow space for attraction." This idea holds two things in balance. Hard work matters. Drive matters. But so does creating the conditions in which good things can come to you. Relentless pursuit without openness to attraction is only half the equation.

For driven entrepreneurs and business owners, this balance can feel counterintuitive. George acknowledges it was not easy for him. But he has seen the pattern in his own life repeatedly: when you create space alongside action, you begin to benefit from both effort and leverage.

Key Mindset Principles for Attracting Success

George outlines several mental principles he has adopted to make the law of attraction practical and actionable:

  • Success requires uncertainty. Life happens for you, not just to you. Accepting uncertainty as part of the path removes a major source of resistance.
  • Surround yourself with positive people. The energy of the people around you affects your results. Choose your environment deliberately.
  • Change your paradigm. Reframe negative situations, look for solutions rather than focusing on problems, and practice seeing possibility where others see obstacles.
  • Focus on questions, not answers. Questions open your mind to possibilities. Starting with rigid answers closes off the paths that could lead somewhere unexpected.
  • Start from solution and abundance. Lack creates lack. Abundance creates abundance. Begin from a mindset of sufficiency and possibility, not scarcity.

Action Steps

  • Reflect on whether you are currently chasing success or creating conditions to attract it. Identify one habit to shift.
  • Study the work of Bob Proctor on the law of vibration. George specifically recommends his breakdown of how vibration governs attraction.
  • Adopt a daily mindset check: what frequency are you operating at? Are you living in worry and fear, or in possibility and abundance?
  • Choose one person in your circle who lifts your energy and spend more intentional time with them this week.
  • Write down the Jim Rohn quote and place it where you will see it: success is not to be pursued, it is to be attracted by the person you become.

Progress in personal development is one of the proven paths to greater happiness and fulfillment. You have to keep growing to stay happy. It is never too late to start living the life you were meant to live.

Welcome back to The Daily Mastermind. George Wright III here with your Friday dose of inspiration, motivation, and education. A little late in the day today, but hopefully you'll be able to get this, maybe utilize some of these concepts and information over the weekend. Look, a lot of people right now are caught up in worry, fear, doubt, uncertainty, but as I start this podcast today, I'm really grateful and excited to be able to talk to you about prosperity, about positivity, optimism, and hope, especially during these confusing times. I love prosperity pillar number 11, which is I attract success. I attract success. Do you believe that happens in your life? You know, as I've gone through my life, I've learned many lessons on how to stop chasing success and learn to really just leverage the resources available to attract more of it into my life. And I'd like to share some of the ideas that I've had and I've kind of gone through. You know, Jim Rohn, you've heard me give that quote, my favorite quote of all time, success is not to be pursued, it is to be attracted by the person you become. And so working on yourself and attracting success is just as important as chasing it. But one of the things I've learned is you've got to learn to stop chasing and start attracting. When I started my business career at a pretty early age, I felt the best way to create an amazing life was to just work super hard, make a lot of money. and believe me, this got me a lot of quick levels of success and I could only imagine having achieved those when I started. But like many of you, I realized that there was something missing and I really wanted more and I wanted to have a life that made me happier and created more fulfillment. So I started to live my life in a way that made me happy. I traveled and acquired lots of things and I would typically, all the stuff that you would associate with success and happiness And again, I simply just wasn't satisfied with the happiness and fulfillment and stuff that I was feeling. So at one point, I actually wondered if maybe I just wasn't hardwired for happiness. Maybe I just wasn going to ever achieve that But when I heard the Jim Rohn quote and I started having some very specific conversations with one of my mentors I realized that my whole approach to life and success was the problem. It wasn't me, it was what I was looking for. You see, I realized that I had been chasing success so hard that I needed to learn to attract that success and happiness and fulfillment into my life just as much. And this was not something that was easy for me to do because my nature, like many entrepreneurs and business owners, is a very driven nature. But over time, I had seen in my pattern time and again is that this principle is the key to really achieving happiness. So now I've sort of adopted the mantra in my life, take action and allow space for attraction. And that's allowed me to really benefit from both hard work, but also leveraging and appreciating the resources I already have in my life. But the other principle I really wanted to kind of hammer a little deeper on is this whole idea of the law of attraction. Because I know you've heard of it before, and there's a lot of books and talks that have been given about the subject. But the law of attraction says that our lives are impacted by universal laws, just as universal and proven as like the law of gravity. It's estimated that the law of attraction has influenced over a billion lives since it's been reintroduced as that, you know, very well-known movie that many of you have seen, right, in the marketplace. However, most people don't really understand how it is applied and how it works. And I encourage you to check out a training from Bob Proctor, the late, great Bob Proctor, who really simplified and broke down the concept of the law of attraction because he says the law of attraction is governed by actually two laws, not just one. The first law is the law that most people don't understand, and that's the law of vibration. It's the second law that's the law of attraction. And the law of vibration is one, it's one of those basic laws of the universe. It decrees basically that everything moves nothing rests and that we literally live in an ocean of motion and energy This is because everything is made up of energy right So your body made up of cells and cells are made up of molecules and atoms And what created these atoms and molecules are the energies that are vibrating at different frequencies. So when you think about it, you activate your brain cells and you set up a vibration in your body. When you move your eyes to read or to look at things, you activate the brain cells to do it. This also means that the vibrations you are in will dictate what they attract into your life. So if you're constantly worried and troubled, you're going to attract a lot of bad energy and what you fear will actually come to you. This is why people often say you'll become what you think about the most. Do you remember me saying that quite a bit? Now, I'll talk a little bit more about this later on next week, but for now, I've seen the power and effects of this law of vibration in my life. And I really think it's something that you ought to dig a little deeper into and think about in your life. You know, everything in your life is made of energy. So, you know, and let me mention this also. One other thing came across my desk when I had this subject, and that was from Albert Einstein, one of the world's greatest, like absolutely proven thinkers of all time. And he was quoted saying, everything is energy and that's all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want, and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics. And I thought that was really interesting to hear from a science-based thought leader. But the more I study quantum physics and success, the more I realize that most solid beliefs and laws of success are based in both science and philosophy. So I highly recommend that if you want more success in your life, that you start to understand those principles, the laws and forces that are working to shape your life. You can't just randomly ignore these things or go into the world every day just hoping you create success or chasing it down. When you may be having things work against you, you need to have things working for you. So let talk for a second because attracting success it requires a really strong mindset One of my key core fundamental values that I talk about on this podcast And there are a few mental principles and strategies I learned to adopt that really apply this concept of attracting success. And I want to spend a little bit of time on that now, but a few of these principles are success requires uncertainty. So life happens for you, not just to you. You have to understand and accept that mindset that success requires a bit of uncertainty. You also have to adopt the mindset that surrounding yourself with positive people will bring the energy that will affect your results in your life. Surround yourself with positive people. That'll bring the energy. Also, learn to change your paradigm. Reframing the negative situations to be positive, looking for solutions, not trying to fix problems. those paradigms will help you to attract more law of attraction thinking into your life. And also focus on questions, not answers. Open your mind to possibilities. Open your mind up to what could happen and where it could happen and why things happen. When you focus on questions, questions create the answers. And when you start with the answers, sometimes you're a little too rigid in your philosophy. Also, start from solution and abundance. because lack creates lack. You know, abundance creates abundance. Keep that in mind. Those are just a few of the ideas that kind of came to me that I wrote down that I hope will inspire you to think about things in your life. Improve yourself and move towards abundance, success, ultimately becoming the best version of yourself. Stop focusing on the negativity, the uncertainty, and start focusing on prosperity. And remember that progressing in your personal development is one of the proven ways to increase your happiness and fulfillment. We've always got to be growing if we want to be happy. So that's my message for today. I hope it's something that takes you into the weekend. Have an amazing week and I'll look forward to talking with you more on Monday.
