All right, welcome back to The Daily Mastermind, everyone. I hope you have an amazing week. I am looking forward to talking with you today because I want to talk to you about a little strategy that I've been using for a while I picked up from Joe Dispenza, and it's called Remembering Your Future Self. Listen, over the past two decades, more than that now, I feel like I've had the benefit of being mentored by some of the greatest minds, thought leaders, experts, business, celebrities, whatever it is out there. And, you know, I keep coming back to the fact that success leaves clues and that there are core principles that you need to have in your life that are a foundation for you to create health, wealth, and happiness. And so that's why I keep coming back to these 12 prosperity pillars that I created. If you've got the poster, you know what I'm talking about. If not, you know, you've heard me talk about them enough times. And these 12 prosperity pillars are 12 core principles that over time I've kind of consolidated. Look, I mean, most of the stuff in personal development right now hasn't been created. It's all been out there for a long time. But I took these empowering principles and I put them into 12 pillars because I feel like it's a pretty solid foundation. So it's been a little while. I want to run through those with you real quick, just so that you can have these top of mind as you're going throughout your week. So let me run through these with you. These pillars are these. I create my life. I take personal responsibility. I act in spite of my mood. I surround myself with positive people. I focus on solutions. I create an attitude of abundance. I choose to be happy. I always think win-win. I'm committed to lifelong learning. I create daily rituals. I attract success and I visualize and manifest my life. Now, if you've read those, maybe you forgot about the fact that there's a lot of, you know, real strategy and solid, you know, I could do an entire podcast on each one of those, but it helps if you say them to yourself because they're affirmations. They're not only principles and foundations you can have, but they're affirmations that you can have in order to remind yourself of who you really are, the greatness that you have inside of you. These principles even though they simple they very profound and they go deep And so that why I done episodes on each one of these like acting in spite of your mood and knowing that successful people do things regardless of how they feel Or you know let's see, you know, daily rituals or attracting success or visualization. We'll kind of talk a little bit about that today. But they're not just words. They're a guide towards creating your best life. Remember, the goal we have here is for you to create an amazing life in your mind, your body, your money, your business, your lifestyle, your relationships, communication. Creating your best life is the key. And this kind of sets us up for the topic that I wanted to talk to you about today. Dr. Joe Dispenza, if you haven't heard of him, you can look him up. I'll put some links in the show notes. He has this concept, he says, where he says he tries to encourage people to remember remember their future selves. Remember your future. And I love this because so many of us get caught up in our past or our present, but our past, right? You've made mistakes. You think of yourself, your identity is what your past is, your experiences. And not only that, but your beliefs are really made up of your experiences. But we're so caught up in our past or we're so buried into our current circumstances that we can't see the forest through the trees. And as a result, we define ourselves with our past and our present. We define our abilities, our talents. We make our decisions. Our emotions are pushed by that. And what happens is even though you're healing from your past or you're moving on or you're learning lessons or you're redefining your identity, learning to really look at your future self. And I like the terms that he uses, remember your future. And the reason why does he say that? Well, remember your future is because you are, you have greatness inside of you. You've got to realize sooner than later that everything that you're going to create in the future is going to come from inside you. And so what we're trying to do here is a couple of things. Number one, begin to imagine your future self. Imagine what it would feel like when you meet your future self who's healthy, happy, successful, talented, has grown, has overcome the difficulties that you have in your life. And you've got to imagine what that future self would be like Not just like thinking in the future but imagine right now remember as if it happened And that means what are the emotions that you will feel when you that person What is the details of your life when you that person What is the future vision as if it's already fulfilled? Because see, the mind doesn't distinguish between conscious, subconscious visualization. When you can begin to feel like your future self, things are going to start to change in your life. And that kind of leads to the next point, which is you have to learn to connect with your future self, which means believe that you're that person now. Act as if you are that person and you're becoming that person more and more every day. What would, so you're in circumstances, you're dealing today, you've got all these issues. Maybe you don't feel like you're good enough or you're dealing with obstacles. What would the future version of you feel like? How would the future you deal with this? I say that all the time to myself. How would the future me handle this situation? Because maybe you don't believe because of your experiences, you have everything it takes, but you know that you're overcoming things and you're growing. And so the future version of yourself, what would that person feel like? How would they react? How confident would they be? And bring that feeling and that emotion into your current life. And you have to remind yourself all the time of your future. That means waking up with a compelling vision of who you are based on your future self. and it helps you because it helps you to define what you do and how you do it on a day-to-day basis. Because remember, there's only one reality and that's the present moment. And the problem is most of us are living the present moment based on our remembering of the past and the issues and the traumas and the things we've had to go through. If you could just take that future vision of yourself and remind yourself in the present moment of who that person is, and you got to do this through daily rituals, visualization, mindfulness, your productivity will go next level. And this is where you have to start to embrace the challenges. Your future self has already experienced the challenges you're going through and they know what it took to grow through it. Add that confidence to yourself. Have the perspective that you've already won and that this situation is going to be handled. What would the future version of you say when it's all said and done? What would the future version of you need to develop to have the talents to handle this? And Dispenza says something, a couple of things I really think are very important and something that might really kind of lock this in for you He says it important to number one believe in your future more than your past So many people have a hard time believing in their future, but they're locked into their past because it's already happened. Learn to believe in your future more than your past and be more in love with your future. So many of us are just attached to the past or our present circumstances. is learn to believe in your future and fall in love with your future. And he says, it's easy to forget your vision. So you need to remind yourself every day. So let me kind of wrap this up for you. I believe one of the biggest principles that you can do is create a compelling vision of the future. You've got to develop that compelling vision of not just your future, but your identity, who you are, not how you're living, who you are, because the greatness that you're seeking is already inside you. And over the coming days, months, and years, you're going to pull that out of yourself. You are going to develop into that just like you have already. Let's be honest. Look, you've already grown. You've already gotten better and grown. So why can't you just envision that that's going to happen in the future and bring that into the present? And then start living in the present as if that future version is you. Remember the future is not just about who we will become. It's about acknowledging who we already are. And by staying present and mindful, we will align ourselves, our actions, our feelings, our thoughts, our priorities with that future version of ourself rather than the one that's struggling or the one that's even doing well now, but nowhere near the 10x that they're going to be. This mindset is absolutely going to change your life. I promise you. If you can learn to remind yourself of who you'll be in the future. and I hope that's a concept that you'll be able to kind of take in. Put some thought into that. Remind yourself, sit down. Remember, it's never too late to start living the life you're meant to live. I hope you enjoyed this message. I hope you'll share it.
