How to Launch a Full Media Company in Less than 90 days

In this episode of The Daily Mastermind, George Wright III discusses an exciting new project that has been years in the making. He shares updates on the podcast, his work with Authority Magazines, and the launch of the Authority Media Network. Most importantly, he reveals how entrepreneurs can leverage a powerful four-step formula to position themselves as industry authorities and scale their influence through their own media companies.

How to Launch a Full Media Company in Less than 90 days

All right guys, welcome back to the podcast—George Wright III with your daily dose of inspiration, motivation, and education. I’ve got to tell you, it’s been a really long day. It’s late at night in the studio, but I’m excited because some things I’ve been working on for several years have finally come together, and I couldn’t wait to record this episode.

This is completely impromptu. I had just a few notes, but I want to share a project that I believe is going to disrupt the entire industry. Before I get into that, though, I want to give you an update on a couple of things, because many of you have been asking what I’ve been working on.

The Daily Mastermind Podcast now has about 1,200 episodes. In addition, I’ve launched the Authority Formula Podcast with Valiant CEO Magazine and my partners at Authority Magazines.

The Authority Media Network

For those of you not familiar, I’ve partnered with the Authority Magazines group and my personal network to launch the Authority Media Network Company. This company is already servicing global brands and was built in response to the demand for more effective media and PR solutions.

This expansion has also opened the door to opportunities like co-hosting the Franklin Planner Podcast. That’s been a huge honor because Franklin Planner is one of the longest-running, most principled companies I know, founded by Dr. Stephen Covey of Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.

Now, we’re launching a massive network of magazines and podcasts. Tonight, I want to give you an inside scoop on what’s happening and why this matters to you.

A Question That Changes Everything

Let me ask you a question. What if I told you that in less than 90 days you could launch a full multi-platform media company that attracts AI search engines, massively grows your business, and positions you as the authority in your field?

And what if I told you this company could generate thousands of pieces of content, tens of thousands of downloads, and millions of views annually across your podcast, social media channels, magazine, and website—all while requiring just one hour a week of your time and the help of a single marketing coordinator?

Imagine what that would mean for your business. Imagine the exposure, the efficiency, the freedom of time, and the reduced marketing costs. That’s the vision. And while I’m not prepared to give you the official rollout yet, I want to share some insider details because I think they’ll help you navigate today’s crowded marketplace more effectively.

Launching 100 Multimedia Companies

My company, Evolution Group, has secured funding partners, exclusive relationships, a network of media resources, and cutting-edge digital tech. With those assets in place, we’re going to roll out 100 full multimedia companies by the end of December.

These won’t be just podcasts or magazines in isolation. They’ll be full-fledged media companies that include a private-labeled podcast, a white-labeled magazine, digital platforms, CRM tools, and the strategy to tie it all together. Each one is designed to help entrepreneurs build authority and generate massive visibility.

And we’re not doing this without a plan. Over the last 30 years, I’ve built, scaled, and marketed global brands. I’ve learned what works, what doesn’t, and how to create systems that can be repeated. Now we’re taking that experience and applying it to this network rollout.

To put it in perspective, my partners at Authority Magazines already own and manage brands like Valiant CEO Magazine, which has more than 100,000 online readers. They run publications such as Wellness Voice, Wealth Defined, and Founder Magazine, among others. Their content consistently ranks at the top of Google, spotlighting entrepreneurs and helping them dominate their niches.

Together, we’ve combined their publishing network with an exclusive suite of mobile digital tech and CRM tools that will blow your mind. Add to that our partnerships with a major podcast hosting company and a growing network of shows, and you can start to see the vision.

Authority Media Network Vision

As many of you know, I’ve been running The Daily Mastermind podcast for six years, with over 1,200 episodes. Recently, I’ve had the opportunity to co-host the Franklin Planner Podcast, and I’ve worked with several other large brands. All of that experience has been consolidated into the launch of the Authority Media Network.

The vision is simple: build one of the largest multi-platform media companies in the world—think Cumulus Podcast Network, iHeart Media, Condé Nast, and Forbes Media combined. But with one key difference:

Unlike those giants, we’re not here just to sell advertising. Our goal is to build and deploy media companies for entrepreneurs. These white-labeled companies give business owners complete control of their message, their authority, and their exposure.

By the end of the year, our network will include 100 media companies. The long-term goal? A thousand.

Who This Is For

Our mission is to launch 100 white-labeled media companies that each include a podcast, magazine, blog, social media distribution, and a network to amplify all of it. This creates millions of views and establishes clients as true authorities in their industries.

But this opportunity isn’t for everyone. We’re looking for established personal brands. This isn’t about building something from scratch for someone who hasn’t yet defined their message. We’re targeting businesses with revenues in the $250,000 to $500,000 range and above. That’s a relatively low bar, but it ensures these businesses already have cash flow and proven models in place.

Why? Because if we’re going to accelerate their leads, visibility, and revenue, we need companies that already have foundations we can build upon. We want businesses that can leverage our resources, technology, and distribution network immediately and create explosive results.

That means we’re not working with startups or individuals still figuring out their product-market fit. Those entrepreneurs will still benefit from our strategies, and in time, they’ll be able to access resources through the Evolution X Mastermind Academy, which we’ll expand in January. But for now, our network is focused on established brands ready to scale their authority.

Why Authority Marketing Matters

The marketplace has never been more crowded. Ad costs are rising, influencers are gobbling up attention, and standing out is harder than ever. On top of that, AI has made it incredibly easy for anyone to look like an expert. Someone can start a business tomorrow and use AI to sound as if they’ve been in the industry for 20 years.

So how do you compete? You become the authority.

Authority marketing is your ability to position yourself as the go-to expert in your field. It makes you the most recognized person in your niche, the one prospects trust before they’ve even met you. That authority increases credibility, boosts conversions, improves customer retention, and attracts long-term opportunities.

Authority doesn’t just grow your business. It separates you from your competition and creates a magnet for partnerships, media appearances, and industry recognition.

This is something I’ve been practicing for decades. I’ve built marketing and events around some of the biggest names in the world—Tony Robbins, Robert Kiyosaki, Donald Trump, T. Harv Eker—as well as countless bestselling authors and thought leaders in personal development and real estate education. Over time, I’ve identified time-tested strategies that consistently elevate brands to authority status.

The Four-Step Formula for Authority Marketing

I don’t want to make this too long tonight, but I want to share with you the four-step formula that we use to build unstoppable authority. At the very least, you’ll see why this works for us, and hopefully, it will give you strategies you can apply in your own business.

The four steps are simple to say but detailed in practice:

  1. Strategy
  2. Create Authority
  3. Technology and Automation
  4. Distribution

Step One: Strategy

Most entrepreneurs don’t actually have a strategy. They think strategy is knowing their avatar or identifying where they want to market. That’s only a piece of it.

Real strategy means learning to control the narrative. Most people go on podcasts or do interviews and answer random questions, but when you own your media you control the conversation. You position yourself intentionally.

Sure, you still need to identify your market, your message, and your media, but strategy means mastering the art of being featured, not just promoting. Promoting is when you push your book, your service, or your ideas. Being featured is when the spotlight is on you in a way that builds credibility.

That’s why we’ve created what we call the “perfect interview” in our Valiant CEO Magazine. In these interviews, we make sure prospects know exactly who you are, what you do, why you do it, and why you’re unique. We ask the questions your potential clients don’t even know to ask—questions that reveal objections and position you as the clear authority.

Step Two: Create Authority

Once you have the strategy, the next step is to create authority. This is where most people get it wrong. Authority is not built on quick-hit social media posts. Social posts disappear after a day.

Authority comes from legacy content—blogs, podcasts, magazines, YouTube videos—the type of media that continues working for you over time. Legacy content builds backlinks, optimizes SEO, and compounds in value. It’s not about going viral for a moment; it’s about creating media that positions you for years.

Step Three: Technology and Automation

When people think technology, they think funnels, CRMs, or webinars. Those are fine, but most of the time they’re disconnected and inefficient. What really matters is whether your technology captures, contacts, and converts from your authority media.

The key is to take one hour of your time and turn it into a content machine. Then apply automation so you’re consistently capturing leads, contacting prospects, and converting them. Tools like CRM platforms, QR codes, and NFC cards allow us to track who’s consuming your media and engage with them instantly.

Step Four: Distribution

Finally, you have to master distribution. Distribution is not just paid ads. It includes owned, earned, borrowed, and paid traffic.

We use newsletters, speaking engagements, podcast guesting, and networking—all automated systems that get your message into the market consistently. Our publisher even created a 50-page guide with 50 strategies to turn one interview into a wave of traffic.

And when you combine these methods with our network—100 custom white-labeled media agencies pushing out content—the traffic multiplies exponentially.

What a Media Company Looks Like

At this point, you may be wondering: what exactly do I mean when I say “media company”? It’s not just a podcast or a magazine—it’s a fully integrated, private, white-labeled platform built for you.

A media company in this model includes:

  • A custom-branded website
  • A weekly podcast with syndication across 15–20 platforms
  • A personalized magazine filled with articles, interviews, and features
  • A 12-week curriculum of social media content and a publishing schedule
  • A newsletter system to stay in touch with your audience
  • A full CRM suite connected to your media for capturing and converting leads
  • Exclusive digital and mobile tech that makes it easier to monitor and engage with your audience

We’ve refined the process so that it only takes about 90 days to launch a complete media company. We start with strategy, then build out the website and podcast infrastructure. While that’s happening, we publish your interviews and articles into blogs and magazines. Those magazines then become lead magnets, sales tools, and even opportunities for sponsorships and advertisers.

Think about it: one interview doesn’t just live as audio. It becomes a blog article, a magazine feature, social media posts, and part of your authority archive. That’s how you multiply your reach.

Why This Is a Game-Changer

Normally, creating a media company like this would cost between $100,000 and $200,000. That’s what we’ve charged in the past for our corporate clients. But because of the partnerships and funding we’ve secured, we’re rolling out 100 of these media companies at a fraction of that cost.

Clients only need to cover the administrative coordination required for the rollout. In other words, the cost will be closer to what you’d pay a marketing coordinator than the six-figure investment it normally requires.

Naturally, people ask, “What’s the catch?” But the truth is this: it’s a win-win. By building 100 media companies, my team and I will leverage an expansive network of podcasts and magazines reaching millions of people. And so will every business inside the network.

Imagine being part of a network where high-level brands collaborate, share exposure, and amplify each other’s authority. When we put someone like Grant Cardone, Kathy Ireland, or Kevin Harrington on the cover of one of our magazines, that exposure doesn’t just stay in one place. It expands across multiple media companies in the network.

That’s the vision—100 media companies by the end of the year, and 1,000 in the next few years.

Why This Matters for Entrepreneurs

The truth is, most entrepreneurs are struggling to stand out in today’s marketplace. Rising ad costs, noisy social media platforms, and the rapid rise of AI tools make it harder than ever to differentiate yourself. Someone can launch a business tomorrow and look like an instant expert.

That’s why authority marketing is no longer optional—it’s essential. When you become the authority in your field, you build trust and credibility before prospects even meet you. Authority boosts conversions, closes sales faster, increases customer loyalty, and creates long-term opportunities.

But here’s the bigger lesson: building authority isn’t about quick hacks or one viral post. It’s about creating legacy content that compounds over time—podcasts, blogs, magazines, and video content that continually reinforce your brand. Combine that with automation, distribution, and strategic positioning, and you create an unstoppable business model.

The Bigger Vision

This rollout of 100 media companies is more than a project—it’s a movement. It’s about empowering entrepreneurs to control their narrative, own their media, and scale their influence. It’s about leveraging networks, joint ventures, and partnerships to accelerate growth far faster than you could on your own.

As I often remind my listeners, scaling requires you to rethink what’s possible. You can’t just double down on what already works—you need to reinvent your approach. That means scrapping the 80% of activities that don’t serve you, doubling down on the 20% that does, and leveraging systems and partnerships to multiply your results.

It’s the same approach I used to help grow an education company from $20 million to $200 million in less than six years. It wasn’t magic—it was patience, discipline, and consistency. And those same principles apply here.
