Creating Your Reality with Patrick Baker Jr Part2 TB

Are you unknowingly letting your subconscious mind shape your entire reality? What if the thoughts and beliefs running your life aren’t even truly yours?

Creating Your Reality with Patrick Baker Jr Part2 TB

Welcome back to The Daily Mastermind. I’m George Wright III, and today we continue with part two of my deep-dive conversation with Patrick Baker, founder of Behood, the global apparel brand that started out of the back of a van and now reaches customers worldwide.

Before we dive in, here’s your quote of the day from Booker T. Washington:
"Excellence is to do a common thing in an uncommon way."
Let’s not underestimate the power of small actions done with extraordinary intent. That’s where greatness begins.

The Brand That Opens Minds

One thing I love about B'hood is that it starts conversations that matter. It pulls people in with a brand—but delivers transformation with the message. Personal development often gets overlooked until people see the impact it has on their inner world, and Patrick’s approach is opening the door for that awareness.

Vibration, Frequency, and Unfiltered Truth

Patrick breaks down a powerful idea: when something is true, it raises your vibration—and that can’t be filtered out, no matter your background or belief system. You don’t just hear it. You feel it. That’s because at the deepest level—spiritually, emotionally, and even scientifically—we’re all connected.

Truth resonates, because we are all frequency. When something elevates your state, it’s aligned. When it pulls you down, it’s not. And most of what we experience daily—media, culture, environment—is designed to pull us out of alignment.

Living Outside the “Movie Screen”

Patrick shares a metaphor that hits home: Imagine your life is a giant movie theater. Most people are stuck inside the screen—lost in the plot, believing they’re the character they’ve been assigned. But real growth comes when you step back… row by row… and realize you’re not in the movie.

You’re the observer. You are not your thoughts. You are not your identity, your labels, or your ego. You are the soul—the divine presence behind it all.

How the Subconscious Mind Shapes Your Life

From birth to age seven, you’re operating in theta—a brainwave state below consciousness where you're highly impressionable. That’s where your core beliefs are formed, long before logic ever kicks in.

Over time, your intellect, experiences, and memories combine to shape your ego—your perceived identity. But here’s the problem: your subconscious doesn’t distinguish between imagination and reality. This means your internal thoughts literally become your external world.

If you consistently imagine negativity, pain, or lack, your body and mind respond as if it's real. That’s why depression can be so destructive—it’s imagined, but fully experienced.

Reprogramming Through Daily Rituals

To change your reality, you must intentionally reprogram your subconscious. Patrick demonstrates this through a short exercise in imagination:

  • Visualize your bedroom.
  • Say your name internally.
  • Recall a childhood memory of joy and love.

You didn’t use your mouth, ears, or eyes—but you heard, saw, and felt it. That’s your soul. That’s your true self.

When you repeat this practice daily—speaking truth from within, hearing it, seeing it, and feeling it—your subconscious begins to accept it as reality. Over time, this builds a new belief system from the inside out. One rooted in peace, power, and purpose.

Final Thoughts: Your Truth Creates Your Life

Everything is born at a subatomic level. That’s where real change begins. When you intentionally shift your focus and reprogram your subconscious with truth, love, and self-awareness—you begin to attract people, opportunities, and experiences that align with your highest self.

You were not meant to live inside the system’s movie. You were meant to write your own.

Thanks for joining us for part two of this powerful conversation. This is George Wright III, and you’ve been listening to The Daily Mastermind. I’ll see you back here soon for part three.
